UK Standard & Express Delivery
We ship via Royal Mail 1st Class. There is no tracking link with this service however you will receive a dispatch confirmation email to indicate that it has been shipped.
International Shipping
As of 1 July 2021, EU countries will have to pay custom fees for ALL orders regardless of the value. This means the exemption for goods valued up to €22 no longer applies. E.G. If you spend €10 on our store you will be asked to pay custom fees.
Lost Delivery
Posh Gangsta is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact Royal Mail to file a claim.
If your package is lost due to an incorrect address entered at checkout, Posh Gangsta is not liable for any reimbursements. Please ensure you are double checking the address entered at checkout.
